The ND stands for "narrow dimensions" with a women-specific fit that's designed for those of us with smaller frames. In spite of the pack's narrower fit, it features plenty of storage with a 50-liter main body, expandable lid with 15 additional liters of capacity, external pockets, and external attachment points for our trekking poles and ice axes.
