Use it with equal confidence in your next race or out on light singletrack; the even center tread shelf was designed for smooth, consistent acceleration, with more aggressive side knobs and defined cornering channels to give grip on turns. The side knobs, though taller than the center tread, are spaced wider apart to keep the tires free from mud and debris. At a claimed weight of 400g, the Cross Boss fits on a variety of rims with ease and gives plenty of room for modifying tire pressure.
