From fall and winter camping to alpine trekking, the Mountain Equipment Earthrise Down Jacket has us covered in cold conditions. Featuring a completely recycled construction, the Earthrise Down Jacket deploys a recycled nylon exterior that is complete with a DWR treatment to shed off the water and is filled with 700-fill power recycled goose and duck down to keep us warm. Elastic cuffs make for a good fit and keep the sleeves in place, and the adjustable hem allows us to cinch up the bottom of the jacket to keep in our warmth. Two zippered hand pockets and a zippered chest pocket give us enough room to hold our snacks and phone, and the extended collar adds a little extra warmth around our neck.
